The Tox21 Chemical Inventory Browser (often integrated within the Tox21 Data Browser or the wider EPA CompTox Chemicals Dashboard) is a specialized digital search and analytical interface. It allows researchers to explore the Tox21 10K compound library—a highly curated collection of over 10,000 environmental chemicals, consumer products, industrial agents, and approved drugs.

By rendering millions of raw screening points into actionable insights, the browser plays a central role in accelerating predictive toxicology—the shift from slow, expensive animal testing toward fast, data-driven, computer-based (in silico) risk assessment.
